Black Thistle Contracts is pleased to announce that it has begun provision of contracts-centred operations support and strategic consultancy services for mechanical maintenance and turnaround service provider, CEDA International.
The work involves review and development of central contract management, contract negotiation and procurement functions of the CEDA group to ensure that best practice is being followed in the commercial dealings of the organization. Black Thistle director, Keith Thomson, will also provide operations guidance and contract drafting services for the group during the period of the review.
